Which payment methods do you accept?


We accept payment via Credit Card and Paypal,

All orders are charged in EUR upon checkout.





SHIPPING

Do I have to pay duty charges or import tax on international orders?


Payment and knowledges of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and BEER OR DIE cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.




What are the shipping costs?


A flat rate of €6 is charged for all worldwide orders.

How do I track my package?





What is the delivery time?


2-4 business days (Europe including Cyprus, entire Russia and Israel) 3-7 business days (North America, Africa, South and Central America and Asia, Australia and Oceania) Please note that all of our packages are send out via Polish Post and we don't ensure. You always can track your package using their website https://ecommerce.poczta-polska.pl/en/shipping/emonitoring The above terms of mail delivery are indicative terms agreed on the basis of the adopted delivery standard which is 85% timely delivery in case of A zone, and 65% in case of B, C and D zones.





RETURNS

Can I return the product?


SURE and we’re sorry you’re not in love with your purchase. Please send an email to info@beerordie.com with your order number, reason and quantity for each item you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your product, we’ll take care of the rest. Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached.




How does the return process look like?


1. Indicate the order number, reason and the quantity for each item you wish to return and send it to info@beerordie.com with “RETURN” subject. 2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible. 3. Drop your package in the mail and ship it to the address given in email. Postage required. We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. 4. Once we recieve your return, we'll process the refund and notify you via email. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are non-refundable. Please allow a few days for your bank to process your credit.




What should I do if I receive the wrong product?


This never actually happened to us but we are only humans. If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@beerordie.com with your order number and we’ll be sure to get you the BEER OR DIE stuff you ordered!




Can I return an item to a retail store?


Unfortunatelly, We don’t YET own any retail stores :( The products also can't be returned to our partner stores.
